"Every question was answered immediately. We had a minor problem turning on the gas, but the owner sent someone to fix it within five minutes. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and bright. There are two large free parking spaces right outside the building if you're traveling by car. The building itself is located in a wonderful community, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy peace and quiet. My sister and I loved everything. I recommend it. 10 out of 10!!!"

"La vista panoramica dal 27° piano verso downtown e dalla camera ma laterale si vede il mare arabico. L'appartamento è in buone condizioni, un po' datato ma valido per passare qualche giorno in Dubai. Molto luminoso, di grandi dimensioni la camera, il soggiorno, l' angolo cottura. La posizione è ottima perché vicina alla metro station di business bay e se non fa troppo caldo o nelle ore più fresche puoi passeggiare lungo il creek sia verso il mare o verso sud dove ci sono hotels, ristoranti, bar, mini market, farmacia."
