The property was immaculately clean, equipped with all the necessary facilities, and boasted a charming, spacious common veranda along with a convenient common kitchen. Being a family-run establishment, the warmth and hospitality of the owners truly made my stay memorable. They were exceptionally kind and always ready to lend a helping hand, making the atmosphere incredibly welcoming and comfortable. The location of the hotel was secure and decent."
"My overall experience was pleasant. Only the size of the single bed provided was a tad restrictive, but this didn't impact my comfort during the stay. Also the distance to nearby supermarkets, shops, and attractions was a bit more than I anticipated, but all within a reasonable walking distance."

Хороший номер тихо работающие кондиционер и холодильник, просторный качественный душ и хороший унитаз и умывальник. Уютный хол с антикварный изумительно красивой мебелью. Персонал готовый помочь и вещи принести и такси вызвать. Наличие уютной кухни с хорошей посудой и удобной техникой. Как говориться дом это не стены а люди здесь удивительно добрые люди. Насколько фасад здания не вызывает восхищения настолько хорошо внутри. Я первый раз в Ереване очень благодарна хозяйке и считаю этот дом может визитной карточка города"

"I had a great stay here! It's a little far from Republic Square (minimum 20-minute walk) but it's fine if you want to explore the area by walking around. The place was clean and the room was spacey."
"When you're placed at the frontmost room in the ground floor, you can hear almost everything that's going on outside (mostly quiet though). And IF another guest forgot their front door keys and proceeds loudly banging on the door, you'll definitely hear that too (this happened ONE time at 3AM)."
