"It is a nice place. The hosts are polite and can cook very well, I can recommend their breakfasts and dinners. The rooms have everything you need. It's a short walk (10 min max) to the city center and the museum. It's a good value for money."

"The owners did help a lot by the time we arrieved, transportation inmediatly for visiting the sightseeing. You have the the opportunity to taste very good armenian homemade. Well recomended."

"Квартирата разполага с всичко необходимо. Хазайката е много отзивчива. В близост има голям супермаркет. Ако сте с кола, паркирането е свободно и удобно. До центъра на града ние ходехме пеша и реално е много близо до основна забележителност - Каскадите, но хълмът е стръмен и не е за всеки, отнемаше ни 20-25 мин."

"Доброжелательность хозяйки распологает с первых минут общения. Квартира с хорошим ремонтом и в чистоте, незаменимым оказался кондиционер, который работал отлично и спасал в жаркие дни. Так же есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: утюг, фен, гладильная доска, сушка, полный комплект посуды. Нам было приятно проводить в этой квартире время. Ещё хотелось бы отметить отношение хозяйки жилья к съёмщикам. Так получилось, что электрочайник сломался во время нашего пребывания в квартире, оповестив об этом арендодателя, я не услышал никаких упрёков, а лишь предложение заменить его в скорейшие сроки. Мы остались очень довольны и обязательно заглянем ещё."

"Very good location, the hotel is located on the side road of the centre with a 10 minutes walk to the republic square. Very big spacious rooms, with nice comfortable beds. The hotel was nicely decorated with very friendly and professional staff at the reception. Small swimming pool and jacuzzi is available.The only drawback is that the breakfast was very limited and could be improved such as there were not available whole wheat bread options and etc. This has been quite a disappointing breakfast experience which does not reflect on their staff and other facilities of the hotel. Overall very good hotel with a great restaurant available within the hotel premises, called Persona with high cuisine, with excellent service and food for dinner."
