"The room was spacious, organized, and clean. In addition, the sun came shining in throughout the morning. We had access to many amenities (including kitchenette!). The location is in a quiet town, where everyone is friendly. We needed to stay a second night, and they happily extended our stay."

There was nothing to dislike.

"Secure car park right below the apt. Staff spoke very good English (uncommon in Spain). Kitchenette is good but washer is small (5kg). Location is good with walking distance to nearby supermkts. Room is comfy."

No AC and barely any heat from heater. Need to open windows for ventilation. Bizkaia Plaza is opposite of hotel and at night, there are people talking quite loudly (seems loud because the area is quiet at night). Car park space is also quite tight.

Boli sme iba jednu noc, tak sme nestihli mať žiaden negatívny poznatok a myslím, že by ani neprišiel.

Dress code pre personál neexistuje. Uvítal by som, keby personál mal jednotné oblečenie a pripnutý štítok/vizitku so svojím menom.

"Great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful, especially since I was the only guest in the hotel during the low season. The room was at an excellent rate and was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff got me a kettle when I asked and I slept well."

Construction works are going on in the area and at the hotel in winter. Theh hamman, spa and bar and restaurant are all closed in winter too - all understandable and no huge deal and there's plenty in the area open all the time.

"Veľmi príjemná a ochotná recepčná, vzdialenosť od zastávok MHD prijateľná, súkromné parkovisko, čistá kúpeľňa, súkromie. veľká spokojnosť. Aj s informáciami podanými na recepcii o meste a spôsobe prepravy."

Na najbližšej zastávke električky nebola možnosť si zakúpiť listky. To sa dá riešiť skrz mobilnú aplikáciu. Na izbe by som prijal fľašu čistej minerálnej vody, nejaké sprchovacie šampóniky. Komfort by zvýšila aj menšia televízia a chladnička , ale výhradne tam nechýbajú. Bolo by to len plus.

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

"Great location at the side of the runway. A short walk from Maho Beach and D’s bar which has an amazing viewing platform for the planes. Eric the accommodation manager was great and went the extra mile to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Large rooms, pristine condition. Well appointed with good facilities. Common area also superb, with cooking facilities, dining area, living room and TV. Two shower/toilet rooms shared between 4 rooms. Impeccably clean. Free wi-fi. 2x supermarkets and a fast-food place are within walking distance, closing around 22:00."

The location isn't really within walking distance of Nuuk centre, but buses and taxis are available. Not much to see and do in immediate area.
