Apartmánové hotely v Nemecku

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"Veľmi príjemná a ochotná recepčná, vzdialenosť od zastávok MHD prijateľná, súkromné parkovisko, čistá kúpeľňa, súkromie. veľká spokojnosť. Aj s informáciami podanými na recepcii o meste a spôsobe prepravy."

Na najbližšej zastávke električky nebola možnosť si zakúpiť listky. To sa dá riešiť skrz mobilnú aplikáciu. Na izbe by som prijal fľašu čistej minerálnej vody, nejaké sprchovacie šampóniky. Komfort by zvýšila aj menšia televízia a chladnička , ale výhradne tam nechýbajú. Bolo by to len plus.

The airport shuttle service was a complete disaster. It almost ruined my day. I got to understand though that this is an outsourced service and the host promised to work on getting better partners

"Hotel je veľmi príjemný, vynovuje sa priebežne, personál je ústretový. Izba bola dosť veľká s kuchynkou, balkónom a výhľadom na more. Vnútorný bazén je parádny, s časťou pre malé deti a nebol ani preplnený."

Hotel v prestavbe. Žiadali sme prísteľku na izbu a nedostali sme. Boli sme traja s dieťaťom a dostali sme len dve sady uterákov, cestujeme dosť a toto sa nám ešte nestalo.

"We loved this place. Any questions and concerns were answered in few minutes. The cleaning staff very friendly and professional. Location is 2 min from the beach."

The only downside in our opinion is no grocery stores in walking distance. You do need a car to move around.

"It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."

Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

"Al Khoory Apartments hotel Al Barsha sa nachádza blízko metro zastávky/asi do 400 m/, v okolí sú menšie supermarkety, aj reštaurácie. Jedná sa o starší hotel, ale upratujú denne ,je čisto, starajú sa. V reštaurácii , na raňajky ,bol rozmanitý výber, dalo sa z čoho vybrať, aj doplňali pravidelne, v akomkoľvek čase ste prišli na raňajky bolo všetkého dostatok. Hotel ponúkal Službu Travel Agency , cez ktorú sme boli na 2 výletoch , ktoré sa nám veľmi páčili/ Miracle Garden , a plavba na Yachte z Dubai Mariny./"

Pri checkin v prvý deň ubytovania, keď som vyplatila naraz cely pobyt cez moju Visa kartu, neupozornili ma dopredu, že k sume cez Visa kartu pripočítaju aj depozit 200 AED/50 Eur/. Ktorý som im chcela dať cash v Eur. Ale keďže to stiahli cez moja Visa kartu , už som to nemohla zmeniť. Pri odchode ,ukončení pobytu v hoteli sme sa na recepcii Hotela dohodli, že depozit mi prepošlú späť na moju Visa kartu, aj som obdržala od nich o tom doklad, že tie depozit peniaze mi prepošlú späť na moju Visa kartu, AVŠAK dodnes platba navráteneho depozitu mi na môj bankový účet do dnešného dňa neprišla....aj keď tvrdili ,že to pošlú čo najskôr....tak kde je problém ???

"Great location. Just few minutes away walking to the beach and good restaurants. The apartment is clean, tidy and more spacious than seen in the pictures. There was storm Benjamin when we were there! Hence we couldn't go far. But it was my husband's birthday, so we wouldn't just stay inside. So I booked the Noordzee restaurant just literally across the apartment. (6-7m away), and we had a fantastic dinner! Joost & Nicolette are good hosts and responsive"

The bed is a bit too soft to our liking. And thankfully we're at the 1st floor so we didn't need to climb the steep stairs too much.

"The apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable with excellent facilities including a kitchen, microwave, fridge and freezer, widescreen TV with Sky, lovely big sliding door with great views over Gib, as well as access to a pool and gym, with a Costa coffee in the foyer. It’s in a great location near some very nice restaurants such as Rendezvous, The Lounge, Monique’s, and Cafe Pepe (fabulous fish!) and a short walk to a nice tapas wine bar, Main Street, Casemates Square and only 20 mins walk to the cable car. The added bonus is being next door to Morrisons- we don’t want to eat out all the time so it is very convenient to have bread, cheese, salad, and wine on the doorstep. All the staff are incredibly nice, with a special mention for Kristina who gave us a really amazing room! I’ve been here for work many times, this is the first holiday we’ve ever had here and I highly recommend staying at Atlantic Suites - for a perfect holiday apartment."

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.
