Two shower/toilet rooms shared between 4 rooms. Impeccably clean. Free wi-fi. 2x supermarkets and a fast-food place are within walking distance, closing around 22:00."

The location isn't really within walking distance of Nuuk centre, but buses and taxis are available. Not much to see and do in immediate area.

"Izba bola krásna a obrovská (dalo sa v nej aj cvičiť), vrátane gauča s kreslami na posedenie, a stolíka s kanvicou a čajom, či kávou. Priestranná bola aj kúpeľňa. Všetko bolo čisté a voňavé. Z veľkého balkóna bol krásny výhľad na kopec s krížom. Balkónové dvere sa dali veľmi na široko odsunúť, izbu bolo možné skvelo vyvetrať. Celý hotel bol skvelo udržiavaný a čistý. Raňajková miestnosť bola príjemná, raňajky tiež. Vedľa hotela je kaviareň s pekárňou, avšak v čase nášho pobytu bola zatvorená. Podzemná garáž bola skvelá, zaparkovanie bolo niekedy s veľkým autom trošku zložitejšie, no i tak pohodlné. Hotel je blízko centra na pešo (tak cca 15 min chôdze s desať ročným dieťaťom). Na citadelu sme tiež išli peši cez mesto, nebolo to veľmi ďaleko, tak cca 30 min. Citadela vyzerala podobne ako celé mesto - neudržiavané. Na to ako jazdia autobusy sme neprišli (žiadne cestové poriadky), ale napríklad cesta taxíkom zo ZOO ku lanovke na horu s krížom stála 8 Eur."

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

"Hotel je veľmi príjemný, vynovuje sa priebežne, personál je ústretový. Izba bola dosť veľká s kuchynkou, balkónom a výhľadom na more. Vnútorný bazén je parádny, s časťou pre malé deti a nebol ani preplnený."

Hotel v prestavbe. Žiadali sme prísteľku na izbu a nedostali sme. Boli sme traja s dieťaťom a dostali sme len dve sady uterákov, cestujeme dosť a toto sa nám ešte nestalo.

the sheets were stained and wasnt clean enough. mattresses were slipping off the bed frame. Little chilly and the heater wasnt working well.

"The Apartment was very comfortable, warm, nicely equipped and has everything you need. It is quiet, the beds are comfortable with two nice bedrooms and dark curtains, so you can sleep very well. It even has a small balcony."

It is quite far away from the city but the Luas makes it very easy to get there, so it is really ok as a location. There is not much around, but the supermarket is close and some food-places too.

The bedroom was so hot and I couldn't sleep well for the 3 weeks,the air conditioning didn't seem to do it's job but was on

"Great location at the side of the runway. A short walk from Maho Beach and D’s bar which has an amazing viewing platform for the planes. Eric the accommodation manager was great and went the extra mile to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

"Výborná poloha. Blízko vlakovej stanice. Kľud v noci. Super vybavené. Kuchynka plne vybavená na varenie. Pohodlné postele. Rozkladací gauč. Veľký apartmán."

Všetko bolo OK

"Ubytovanie bolo naozaj veľmi pekné a čisté. Vyzeralo to ako novučké. Personál bol veľmi milý a ochotný pomôcť. Robili sme ubytovanie na poslednú chvíľu a aj keď bola nedeľa tak nám pomáhali ako sa dalo. My sme hľadali hotel ako taký so všetkým čo naozajstný hotel ako taký ponúka, ale toto nebolo ono. Avšak ak hľadáte ubytovanie a nečakáte naozajstný hotel tak potom je to naozaj super. Krásne, čisté, upravené a cena naozaj na LUX veľmi prijateľná."

Nie je to hotel ako taký, so všetkým čo naozajstný hotel ako taký ponúka. Nie je to skutočná recepcia ako taká so všetkými službami čo recepcia ako taká ponúka. Toto by bolo dobré aby sa to na booking.com updatovalo. Je to skôr apartmánový dom na prenájom, ako keď sa chodí do chorvátska. Raňajky sú ponúkané ale o skutočných raňajkách ako takých čo naozajstný hotel ponúka sa nedá vôbec hovoriť, (bufetové stoly, kávy, čaje, juice a a tak). Ale nemusíte si ich dávať. My už nabudúce si ich nedáme. Celkovo však veľká spokojnosť. Teraz keď už vieme čo je to, ako to funguje a tak tak veľmi radi sa tam znova ubytujeme. Čiže ak niekto hľadá naozajstný hotel ako taký tak toto nie je to čo hľadáte.

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

"Mali sme štúdio, bolo čisté, vkusne zariadené a kompletne vybavené. Veľmi sme boli spokojné. Personál (na telefóne veľmi milý a ochotný) Plus umiestnenie v centre, čiže pomer cena/lokalita super."

"The balcony view across the river to the mountains was fantastic. The room was very large, bed was comfortable and the location was close to the town centre."

"Location was just outside of the main city area within 20 minutes walking or a few stops on the MRT, the MRT station was directly opposite the complex making life easy. We were in a self catering apartment which had all of the equipment to make it a comfortable base. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well maintained with a nice roof top pool. Zak on reception was a very helpful guy and an asset to the place, in fact all of the staff were great but Zak helped us when needed."

Nic take sme nenasli. Snad len ze hotel bol plny hosti a v tepidariu boli obsadene vsetky lehatka avsak to nepovazujem za problem

"Veľmi príjemná a ochotná recepčná, vzdialenosť od zastávok MHD prijateľná, súkromné parkovisko, čistá kúpeľňa, súkromie. veľká spokojnosť. Aj s informáciami podanými na recepcii o meste a spôsobe prepravy."

Na najbližšej zastávke električky nebola možnosť si zakúpiť listky. To sa dá riešiť skrz mobilnú aplikáciu. Na izbe by som prijal fľašu čistej minerálnej vody, nejaké sprchovacie šampóniky. Komfort by zvýšila aj menšia televízia a chladnička , ale výhradne tam nechýbajú. Bolo by to len plus.

"Pekne moderne ubytovanie s nadhernou udrziavanou zahradou. Sukromny vstup do mora. Kajaky s vybavenim na pozicanie zdarma. Parkovanie s dialkovym ovladacom od brany. Mili a priatelski personal. Cistota."

Nemam co vytknut. Jedine mozno viacej vybavenia do kuchyne.

"It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."
