"Veľmi pekná novozrekonštruovaná izba, veľká a priestranná, s balkónom. Z druhého poschodia cez susednú strechu jemný výhľad na hory. Raňajky vynikajúce, ako býva zvykom v tejto kategórii, bol losos i perlivé víno, chýbala mi perlivá voda, inak džúsi a neperlivá voda boli. Večere boli v troch menü, jedno dokonca každý večer vegánske, mohlo sa vybrať hneď pred večerou a nie deň dopredu. Ku kávovaru boli 4 kapsule grátis, inak si ďalšie účtovali, v tejto kategórii hotela sme to ešte nezažili."
"Prvú, starú izbu sme vyreklamovali, nefungovala minichladnička a ventilátor na WC, bol smrad. Žiadal som doklad o platbe, nebol mi dodaný, vraj mám žiadať od Booking....to sa nám ešte za mnoho rokov nestalo v iných hoteloch!"

"Excellent hotel in a great location, with the ski lifts just a short walk away and a convenient ski room. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The spa and wellness area was fantastic, and Eric, the sauna master, did a great job. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return."

"Everything was great! Food was delicious, staff was really really friendly. Rooms very spacious, clean and very very nice. Location probably could not be better since is in the middle of two chairlifts and in the city centre. Joker card made our vacation much easier and cheaper."

"Modern hotel, exceptionally positioned, everything you need is there. Staff was amazing, especially Predrag, Zhivko and receptionist Jelena who attendedto all our needs. Even the owner came to talk to us few times. Jasna provided the most amazing messages ever!"
