The Basilica of the Holy Blood is only 200 metres away. Central is a 5-minute walk from the Groeningemuseum. The UNESCO World Heritage-listed Beguinage are less than 15 minutes’ walk away. "The location is right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. It contained the basics, and the staff was really friendly and treated me like family. Great cafe, which doubles as the lobby, is the perfect place for an apero and people watching."

"The hotel is very well located, right in the central square, and our windows were also facing the square so we had a great view. The room and the bathroom are both very big and clean."
"The check-in experience was a big fail and there is also some bad smell coming from the shower sometimes. We arrived in the night and we had no instructions whatsoever. We rang the bell for several minutes but no one replied. Eventually after 15 minutes someone opened the door, then we had to wander inside the restaurant to understand where to go, and by chance we found an envelope with our name and the room key. We had to find the way to the hotel, and finally we arrived to our room. Having some clear instructions and someone responsive at the doorbell would definitely help!"

The room was clean and comfortable, and despite the central location, it was quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Great value for money — I would definitely stay here again."
