"This hasn't been my first stay at Chez Giuliana and it won't be the last – it's a family-run place that makes you feel at home, especially in a place like Ouagadougou, where finding a place that feels genuinely caring can make all the difference, There is nothing impersonal about this place. Staff is welcoming and attentive. Breakfast is served on the terrace – fresh fruit, coffee and cakes baked in-house. My rooms was comfortable and impeccably clean. Wi-fi connection is very reliable, which is great for me as I need it for work."

"Comfortable stay close to the main market, huge room with strong AC, fridge, hot water in shower, working wifi. The onsite restaurant is a bit pricey with limited menu, but it stayed open late (a rarity in the town) and offered proper food! They arranged airport pickup/drop off as well."
