"V tomto hoteli sme sa cítili veľmi dobre, hotel sa nachádza vo veľmi dobrej polohe - centrum. Všetko blízko, majestátna budova, veľkolepý luster, prijemný personál, ešte po ceste k hotelu zamestnanec nám ochotne/milo pomohol s batožinou a odprevadil nás k recepcii k môjmu prekvapeniu dobre komunikoval v ruštine, čo ma potešilo, moja vďaka. Veľkolepe raňajky a nádherný vyhlaď na katedrálu s okien. Celkovo všetok personál veľmi milý a ústretový ku hosťom, chcem sa poďakovať aj manažérke vzťah s hosťami slečne Anastasya Ushakova a jej kolegom za pozornosť. Také milé správanie personálu sme nezažili ani v Ríme ani v Paríže."
