Botely na Fidži

"I loved the cozy boat house vibe and the thoughtful staff—they even gifted a local boat tour, which made the stay fun. The location was quiet yet easy to get around, and the space was clean and comfortable."

There’s barely anything to fault, but the spot is a bit far from busy areas. It wasn’t a real issue for us, though, since we wanted a peaceful stay.

"A 2 pas du centre historique de Douarnenez sur le port, charmand petit voilier où il fait bon séjourner ; ce n'est pas très grand (normal), mais c'est bien aménagé, et vous avez tout pour passer un bon séjour insolite."

Il peut faire un peu frais et humide (mais nous y étions en février ce qui est normal sur un bateau)

"Poloha ubytovania v centre je super, raňajky fajn, no mohli by sa trochu meniť, na 3ti deň už jete stále to isté. Ubytovanie ma pridanú hodnotu, keďže to nie je typický hotel a + je aj zachovanie pôvodného vzhľadu a atmosféry"

Personál by sa mohol viac zaujímať o hostí, večer sme si chceli sadnúť v reštaurácii na pivo, no čašníčka nás neprišla objednať ani po pol hodine🙃 veselo sa rozprávala s ďalšou za barom, pričom ani nevenovala pozornosť tomu, že sme odišli. Takto si dobrý podnik nepredstavujem, odišli sme nakoniec bez objednávky. Takisto trochu viac upratať izby by bolo fajn, hlavne pleseň na oknách čo sa tvorí v kúpeľni od vlhkosti, rozumiem ze je to špecifické prostredie, no treba sa o to starať. Izby som ozaj malé, no na lodi sme to očakávali, ak máte skúsenosť s bývaním na lodi, niektoré veci vás neprekvapia.

"Our stay on the Yathra Houseboat will always stay in our minds and hearts. This is our second time within 3 years. We had a vacation of our life with all the comfort and pampering by the staff on the boat. The cruise on the river provided rare glimpse of few exotic birds and a large group of monkeys. The narrations by the Manager of the Dedduwa Boat House about those birds were very informative. The Skipper was kind enough to stop along the river bank to watch the birds closely and take photographs. The candle-lit dinner and the night spend on the upper deck was simply magical. The next day my husband even managed catch some fish while cruising. The staff arranged them to be prepared for our lunch and that dish was out of this world. The staff went an extra mile to make us happy. The bedrooms and the facilities on board were above standard. This is the best destination we spend while in Sri Lanka. Keep it up Yathra and we will back again next year."

"Very handy location. Boat well appointed with everything you could need: toilet, small shower, galley with all facilities (except a wooden spoon!). Bed comfortable with cosy bedding. Lounge and dining areas separate with a good amount of room, for two at least."

Being a bit inexperienced at staying on boats it took us a while to fine tune the way we used things but hey, life’s a learning experience. Hot water did run out but easily overcome and, with a bit of communication, eventually fixed up. It’s a boat, not a 5 star Hilton; these things happen.

"Great peaceful location with a beautiful view. Staying on this yacht with a caracter was really unique experience. The host was very nice. Parking in front of the marina was convenient."

Nur ein einziger Punkt wäre verbesserungswürdig. Verdunklungsrollos im Bereich der Schlafbereich würden für etwas längere Nächte sorgen :-)

"Amazing couple Paul and Daniela touring us around for three days with incredibly nice food from both , lots of stories and a unique itinerary to also see the non tourist areas! We met local kunas , snorkeled , swam and went to the nicest bar on one of the islands"

The trip to San Blas is an adventure :-) and the water was wet ( inside joke from Paul )
