Nothing major, I wish we had a thicker blanket than the bed sheet. ( To be honest, during the day it was sooooo hot that I didn't think I would need it, but it cooled down a bit in the evening)

"The guesthouse is spacious and can accommodate a lot of people especially when we are the only one in the guesthouse. The hosts are welcoming and despite the language barrier, I could feel the warmth that they offer."

"The cabin was so cute and cozy. Ton made everything to make the stay awsome. I enjoyed sitting outside and just listen to the coast."

The bathroom itselfe and the toilett is in another house but not far away from the cabin, just like 20 steps.

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The tented room was very comfortable and we loved the deck with the far reaching views and watching the animals. We did two game drives here with Lucky and he was excellent."

"Went there to paddle the river. The team on duty went out of their way to make me welcome. This is the off season so they made a special effort to do the river trip with me. Equipment was very modern and well kept. I was a bit out of practice so I felt in safe hands with my guides. Accomodation was great. The place has been built from scratch and with a lot of thought. Just what you need when doing river trips in Nepal."

For me, the location is perfect because it is a bit further away from town (which can be very noisy), making the atmosphere much calmer and more peaceful. In addition, the two buses that go to the main destinations on the island stop right in front: to Playa Bluff or towards Bahía Dragón and Playa Estrella. Taxis to town cost 1 dollar. There are affordable options for both rooms and tents. The tents are set up on wooden platforms in a very cozy space with hammocks and sofas. The place is well maintained, with a beautiful garden and a fully equipped kitchen. Howler monkeys pass by very often, and you can also see hummingbirds, which makes the atmosphere even more special. The owner, Johny, is very attentive and friendly, and the volunteers are also very kind and helpful. If I return to Bocas del Toro, I will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it."

"Nice campsite at Kolpa river, exactly on the side of the river. There are places for tents and caravans and also mobile homes. View is perfect, I also like the restaurant. Mobile homes are quite small, but okay for a couple of days."
