"The location was quite good for us as we have family nearby, which made visiting them a breeze. It's also a reasonable distance from mukuba shopping mall, making getting there easy. The staff were amazingly nice and always happy to help."
The roads to get to the location are terrible. It made getting to and from the location a bit of a hassle. Also, some taps didn't have hot water (shower in the second room, tap in the main bathroom), but it wasn't a major problem.

"The location is beautiful and the animals in the grounds add a lot of interest to staying at the hotel. We loved the traditional styling of the hotel and rooms. Access to the Falls is easy. The staff were very welcoming and seemed happy. Bed very comfy. Plenty of complimentary water was most welcome. Breakfast fab. We did a boat safari arranged bt the lovely travel company on site, and it was a wonderful experience. The guide on the boat knew a lot about the birds and animals. I am sorry I have forgotten his name. The picnic was fun."
2 armchairs in room instead of pouffe.
