"For the price I got a little studio apartment with plenty of room. The place is a bit spread out and falls down a hillside. Great views and a good breakfast. Staff welcoming and fun. Needed a taxi to get to the town but cheap and easy to arrange"

"This hostel was great value for money. I had a single room overlooking the back garden. It had a bedside lamp and some shelves and a plug socket near the bed. I also liked that they offered various trips, although some were only possible for two or more people, and I was travelling alone. The view over the city and mountains was nice, although it was obscured a bit by vegetation when I was there. It's about a 20 minute walk from the town, or Taxi was 1.5 USD. The kitchen facilities seemed good, but I didn't use them. There was drinking water provided in the kitchen. Overall, it was a good stay and good value for money."

"My shower didn't work, so I had to use a communal one. This was a good shower though and I was given a small discount off my room price to compensate for the inconvenience. I had a fan in my room on arrival, but this disappeared when the cleaners came, so I had to ask for it again. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special - sweet bread, eggs, jam and margarine plus fresh juice and coffee or tea. I felt the room was clean but there were tiny little insects on my bed (can't be helped, as this is the jungle). There is not always someone on reception, so I couldn't get my queries answered sometimes, and the front door was locked once when I arrived back there, so I had to find my way around the back of the hostel. This was not a sociable hostel when I was there as I hardly saw anyone, but maybe this changes depending on the clientele at the time."

"One of the best experience in my life. They are so nice, so sweet. Just 20 min walking to the city center, a nice kitchen full equipped, the bedrooms are perfect, a super quiet place... and an amazing view... Will come back next year, and I hope to stay longer."

"Very clean hostel, super clean. Very peaceful, the staff are nice and can help with anything you need! They offer some kind of tours however we didn't do them but we really enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. Only thing I can say is be prepared to walk up hill :)"

"The noise from town and road. Even its far away from it, it is so loud as sound is always louder anywhere on top. And when was finally quiet, water from air conditioning above, started dripping on the roof by my room and it was as loud as like somebody keeps knocking on my window for a few hours. But all this can be sorted by earplugs😀"
