"La grande disponibilità del proprietario che ci ha illustrato tutte le caratteristiche dell'apparamento, l'appartamento in sè nel quale non mancava nulla per soggiornare comodamente e con tutto il necessaire per cucinare, pulire ecc....; l'aria condizionata, la terrazza dove mangiare (caldo permettendo....), il parcheggio interno (cortile) con spazi ombreggiati."
