"Spacious apartment with great views of the lake (it surrounds all the windows of the living room). Located in Sevrier (close to Annecy) in a quite neighborhood right on the bike trails and within a walking distance to supermarkets and some local restaurants. The closest beach is within 10 minutes walk. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and air conditioning in the living room."

"Bequemes Schlafsofa, schönes Bad, schöne Küche mit ausreichender Ausstattung, sogar Waschmaschine. Aufzug bis zum 5. Stock, das Studio ist im 6. Die Staumöglichkeiten sind beschränkt aber ausreichend. Ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, andere und Bäckereien in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich war 3 Wochen lang alleine und 1 Woche mit erwachsener Tochter, alleine war es echt gut, für 2 akzeptabel. Paris ist eine sehr teure Stadt, ich war zum 12. Mal dort, mein kleinstes Studio hatte 9m², da war das Studio Mac Mahon mit 13m² schon eine angenehme Größe. Der Blick von der Balkonette zum Eiffelturm war der schönste, was ich bisher hatte! Tipp: Das Cinema Mac-Mahon zeigt viele Retrosprektiven in Originalsprache, z. B. Billy Wilder."
