"Great balcony, lviews and ocation"

"The apartment has a great location and we chose it both for its proximity to the beach and for trips to nearby destinations (Antibes, Cannes, Monaco). Its size is sufficient for a family with two children, we spent most of our time on the beach or in the great garden with a terrace. The equipment included everything we needed, both for the apartment and for a stay on the beach. We also used the parking in the underground garage, which was also one of the options that made us decide on this accommodation. We used the train for trips in the area, the station is a few minutes walk from the accommodation. There was constant traffic on the street, both cars and people, but after closing the door the noise was minimal and actually did not bother us much, rather it added to the atmosphere of a great holiday destination. The host was nice and helpful, I definitely recommend this accommodation."

The meal was exquisite, prepared by a ex professional cook, and the birthday cake from the pastry chef was unforgettable. It was personal, luxurious, and deeply appreciated. "Great apartment on the top floor that contained everything we needed. Elevator. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Large terrace with fantastic views to the sea, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and the medieval town of Èze. Nice swimming pool with a good temperature. Parking in our own garage indoors, a bit tight, but our Skoda Octavia stw just got space."
