"It has been rare for us to find windows, shades, and curtains that reduce the noise and light, but this hotel had amazing windows, making our room quiet and dark for great sleep. The blankets were nice too. We appreciated that there was a lift because my husband had hurt his knee. The receptionist was very nice and we enjoyed the bar with games in the lobby. It is in a great location and has 11 parking spots if you get there early enough and we did!"

"Hotel je výborne situovaný blízko Ženevy, čo je veľkým plusom pre tých, ktorí plánujú výlety do tohto krásneho mesta. Hotel nemá klimatizáciu. Vzhľadom na vysoké teploty počas nášho pobytu, bolo v izbe neznesiteľné teplo. Aj keď sa hotel snažil situáciu riešiť ventilátormi, neprinieslo to želaný efekt. Našťastie sa v noci ochladilo, takže sme mali v noci otvorené okná. Izba bola čistá a uprataná, čo je pre nás dôležité. Musím vyzdvihnúť mimoriadnu ochotu a milosť personálu. Takýto prístup sa už len tak nevidí a určite to bol jeden z najpríjemnejších aspektov nášho pobytu. Raňajky boli chutné a personál sa snažil neustále dopĺňať jedlo. Káva bola vynikajúca. Celkovo hodnotím náš pobyt ako priemerný. Personál bol skvelý, čistota v poriadku, raňajky dobré. Avšak absencia klimatizácie v takomto horúcom počasí bola veľkým mínusom a výrazne znížila komfort nášho pobytu. Ak by hotel zvážil inštaláciu klimatizácie, verím, že by to výrazne zlepšilo celkový dojem hostí."
"We were dropped off at the business centre outside of Aix le Bains by Flixbus and they advised we walked 40 minutes to the town. We phoned the hotel proprietor and he promptly came and picked us and our luggage up and drove us to his hotel without charge. Fantastic"
