"Good variety in a comfortable setting. Julie and Monica were excellent during dinner, very courteous and helpful."
"The seating was a bit confusing. There were food stations in 2 areas but you didn't have the option to choose where to sit. The one thing that disappointed us was getting a cab for the day we were leaving. We first asked Reception the day we arrived. We followed up the next evening, when paying our bill. There was ni record of our request. When checking out the following morning, no cab had been booked. Thankfully we were early so were able to get one booked. A bit stressful as we had a train to catch."

"Pre arrival , contacted hotel requesting a walk in shower in room ( have MS), staff facilitated this. Hotel great location to Lourdes Grotto, great food, friendly staff. Despite grotto 5 min walk from hotel, hotel busy but quiet, plenty of chairs/ sofas to sit , have coffee/ drink."

"I would not recommend the dinner set-menu. I went on my first evening, and the standard of cooking was very poor. The boiled potatoes we not entirely cooked and were raw in the middle, while the vegetables were cooked almost to a mush."

"Lokalita výborná, dostupnosť pešo do centra cca 15-20 minútová prechádzka. Len 2-3 minúty na zastávku metra, električky, autobusu. Izba s klimatizáciou, upratovanie na dennej báze. Raňajky boli ok. V okolí hotela možnosť nákupu potravín aj viaceré reštaurácie."
"Clean and good sized room. Great service, staff very helpful and friendly. Spa facilities are an added bonus. Handy location although not in the most charming part of town on the doorstep. Very short walk to great shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and more picturesque streets. Hotel is very clean and stylish. Well maintained."

The location is definitely not picturesque (do not choose this hotel for a romantic getaway :-)), but it's hard to bet if you are by car. 2 minutes from the highway, but still quiet. Parking in front of the hotel."
