"Location, quality of accommodation absolutely sensational."
"Staircase to entrance"
"Well-located, comfortable accommodation near the historic center with its own parking. Practical furnishings and a cozy terrace for chilling (no evening sun)."
"Details: very noticeable smoke smell in the stairwell. Missing instructions/hints on how to dispose of trash in the outdoor containers (locked)"
"Spacious, clean, equipped kitchen with coffee machine 😋"
"The parking lot, stairwell and entrance are dark. There are lamps but apparently not working. A central heating system is not controllable. It was very hot for us, we opened a window for a little coolness"
"Thé appartement was large, modern, clean, well appointed, very close to everything and quiet. It was the perfect place to stay and we enjoyed going back there after each trip out."
"Nothing to dislike."
"Excellent size apartment. Lovely bright, clean and modern rooms. Everything you need for one night or a week. Excellent parking facility. Super helpful host, an outdoor chair was damaged and replaced immediately. Highly recommend."

"The photos are completely true. Great location, there are shops and cafes nearby, 10-15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Nice, quiet area. There were some nuances, such as mold in the shower, a broken drawer in the bedside table, the bed was clean, but it was time to replace it. Overall, I had a good impression, and if I am in Paris again, I will stay here without hesitation."
"Very spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. A very friendly host. Great value for money for a stop-over from Calais to the Alps. 10 minutes off the motorway in a pleasant, quiet town. Highly recommended"
