"Absolutely brand new and super fresh, and everything was exactly like in the pictures, really “wow feeling” when you open the door, all is new, all is working perfectly, the apartment is “tailor made” (made with the eye for details) for You as a guest to feel perfect there, We recommend both for long stay’s and as well for short stays, the apartment is the best we have ever visited in France, We will for sure come back for every visit we gonna have in Toulon and surroundings of Cote’D’Azur, absolutely only positive words about this stay is to mention, and a few other positive feedbacks/info for future guests: Close to everything, the beach only few minutes away (by walk) and many many local restaurants just outside the door with all kind of food, all from top restaurants to more “fast food” (the best pizza and sandwiches in just next door)"

"conversation through booking was quite affective they gave me a number of concierge but i couldnt reach him at all it was just a lost of time luckly i tried to contact by booking messages was amazing, he responds everything quite soon! i decided to cook at home as its expennsive to eat out every meal but owner he even helped me out with electric stove cuz i never use one hahahaha by the way if it doesnt work change the pan or container cuz stove doesnt accept every kind of pans... lovely close by transport system a bit pricey but whats not pricey in paris?"

"Excellent location, there was no traffic noise as the apartment is at the rear of the building. There are lots of shops, bars, restaurants and bakeries right outside your door. The area felt safe and the Metro and some places we wanted to see were within walking distance. The apartment is very clean, well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The bed is large and very comfortable. The shower cubicle is large and the hot water was plentiful."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Le Crotoy dans ce gîte, très bien équipé, d’une propreté irréprochable et idéalement situé à quelques pas des restaurants( mention spéciale au Mascaret au bout de la rue )et de la plage. Notre hôte s’est montrée particulièrement accueillante dès notre arrivée, avec une délicate attention pour notre fidèle compagnon Uzy, qui nous a beaucoup touchés. Sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance nous ont également marqués, notamment en acceptant que nous arrivions un peu plus tôt, dans le cadre de notre itinéraire de voyage, ainsi qu’en nous proposant de prolonger légèrement notre départ puisqu’aucune location ne suivait immédiatement. Toutes ces attentions, le calme des lieux, la beauté de la ville ainsi que la proximité du chemin de fer de la Baie de Somme contribuent à rendre ce séjour particulièrement agréable.
