"This place was exceptionally clean. For those who chose to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the coast but still want easy access, this is the ideal place. Looking at the literature provide, this would be an exciting stay for walkers and bicyclists."
"Unfortunately our stay was on a Sunday so the restaurant was closed. I ended up driving 20 minutes toget a great burger, not McDs. Parking was available in a public lot accross the street but due to a local event it was almost full."

"A modern and comfortable small hotel. Good beds and all comfort you need. And also a very good Restaurant is in Groundfloor. The breakfast is good and you can also sit on a small terrasse. The owners are friendly and speaks also a little English."

"The room is clean and the village is really nice. Bakery is about 10 minutes walk. There is free coffee and hot chocolate for you and a fridge."
"Be aware of the check in and check out time. Check in isn't until 18.00 and check out is before 10.30. Since we stayed only for one night it wasn't a problem (we literally only slept)."

"Ebenerdig und mitten in der Altstadt von Nizza, Herd inkl. Utensilien zum Zubereiten von Frühstück oder Kleinigkeiten vorhanden. Auch die Waschmaschiene war praktisch. Kein Luxus hier, aber komplett ausreichend für vernünftigen Preis. Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal bei Fragen oder Anliegen!!!"

"This is an amazing , beautiful gite, with the kindest , loveliest hosts. All the facilities you see in the photos are yours for your stay. You'll feel like a five star guest and part of the family at the same time. If you can stay here please do ! It's rural and beautiful but with great road access to wherever you want to go. Unmissable!"

"The apartment was excellent. Clean, warm and in a great location. There are loads of cafes and bars within meters of the apartment and a main line metro was a 2 minute walk away, which opened up the entire city. The beds are particularly comfortable and there were loads of thick, fluffy fresh towels available. The water pressure was good and the 3 showers were excellent. I wish we could have stayed an extra couple of days to explore further."

"Carol was an incredible host who made us wonderful breakfasts served on our terrace, and a very special dinner one night. She took into account our son's allergies and was very friendly and helpful with information about the local area. We loved meeting her family. The grounds of the house are beautiful and the pool was lovely. Good aircon in the rooms and a lovely private terrace. Lots of special touches. This is a very special place to stay - thank you Carol!"
