"When we arrived, the apartment cleaner had missed some spots. When we contacted the owner, he couldn't be more apologetic and came himself to clean. Honestly cannot fault the owner in the slightest. The apartment itself was really lovely. The loft space was perfect for our daughter. However, I banged my head every time I went up, which had my daughter in stitches 😂 My husband is 6ft 3, so he didn't even attempt to go up 🤭 The pillows weren't great, which resulted in us not sleeping too well. The owner did offer to come with new pillows, but we only had a couple of nights left and didn't want to put him out. Would definitely book again if we were back in Calais."

"The toilet takes a few flushes to clear, but other than that, can't fault this wee gem of a find."

"I think you should try to fit small armchair in the kitchen under the window it would be beneficial for early birds when others are still in beds there is no place to sit comfortable and wait for them to get up"

"We used this apartment for a 1 night stay, to catch the eurotunnel shuttle the next day. The apartment was reasonably comfortable. The attic bedroom is really cute, and gave us some ideas for our house too! Its a 10 minute drive to the shuttle"
