"The personnel is wonderful! We asked to leave our things in the apartment earlier than check in time, and they allowed it and did everything they could so we were comfortable. Thanks!!!"
"Maybe the space is kind of small, and it was little cold, blowing from the balcony, but blankets helped. Overall, we are happy with this accommodation."
"Great location, good communication for meet and great, kitchen amenities were good, very comfy bed and quiet at night. Water pressure was a bit sad in the shower but I’ve stayed in lots of places with my 3 months of travelling so far and it was still ok compared to some places I’ve stayed, water was nice and hot which was good."

"The walls were a bit dirty. It just needs a bit of renovation and it would be perfect."
"For a small apartment it had everything we needed for a short stay. It was only a 5min walk into town. The owner was quick to reply to any questions and was very helpful."
"There was no WiFi information I had to ask the owner. No guide on how to work the TV and no leaflets or local info"

"We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad bij mas esperance. Het ontbijt werd iedere ochtend keurig verzorgd door de lieve eigenaren (die goed Engels kunnen spreken) en iedere dag was dit weer top voor elkaar. We hadden een tweepersoonskamer met uitzicht op het zwembad. We zouden deze plek zeker aanraden voor mensen die in deze omgeving willen verblijven."
"Very nice property to stay in, bed was comfortable and easy to access Abbeville and Calais"

"We stayed here for three nights and everything was excellent .we loved the place and it had easy access to the public transport .I would like to reccomend this place to anybody .very clean and everything was perfect .Checking in was smart and easy.we had all the pans, pots and equipment needed for the kitchen ."
"all last-minute instructions to access the property was a problem we were on site waiting for a text message on where to collect the key if we know beforehand as the keys were outside the resort. we could have planned our day better. We also had to make contact first to get instruction."
"Décoration superbe, superbement équipé et confortable"
"It’s a magical setting. Yes, some of the facilities are dated but it was very clean and comfortable"

"The location could not have been better - right in the centre of Carcassonne. The host, Thomas, was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious. The wi-fi worked perfectly and the kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment is exceptional value for money. A three bedroom apartment for the money the host is charging is simply amazing. I'd expect to pay twice the amount of money for a property of that quality. The free parking in the local car park was an added bonus. Thank you Thomas"
"Excellent location to everything. Good communication from host. Apartment is basic but has everything you need m. Is clean quiet and just what you need!"
