"Lauren’s and Caroline were wonderful hosts. Kind and helpful and the two dinners Lauren’s cooked for us were exceptional Wonderful location in a peaceful rural setting close to all the places you want to visit Our room was spacious and charming, with views over the hills to Duras Very comfortable bed and our room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious Would highly recommend, we stayed three nights and we wish we could have stayed longer"

"Wonderful place and everything was perfect. We slept really well here. It was super comfortable and stylish. Delicious breakfast and great coffee. Thoroughly recommend La Cochetiere!"

"A cozy apartment in a very good location. Well equipped kitchen with oil, salt, tea, etc. Comfortable beds. Great grocery store 2 minutes walk."

"The hotel had been refurbished 3 years ago but looked like new. Great location with a super breakfast in the a.m. room with a lovely balcony. Hotel and the area itself was quiet given the time of the year"

"We had visited on a previous occasion under different ownership. The new hosts were delightful and could not have done more to make us welcome."

"Amazing facility, super sweet people, super clean and amazingly peaceful."

"It has it's own charm, not luxury, but lovely in it's own way. Bedroom was very nice and it was very quiet. The owner is a very nice person. Surroundings are lovely for a walk."

"Situated in lovely grounds. Recommended by the cuisine offered, there are fixed menus which represented good value, breakfast was wonderful. Great selection of wine as you would expect given it's location"

"Beautiful location. Lovely comfortable room. Spotlessly clean. We were made to feel very welcome, including our dog. Easy to walk the dog straight from the farm. Absolutely delicious evening meal"
