"Had everything you needed for a 4 day stay, good water pressure in the shower. Lots of light, open balcony windows, all the amenities. Good kitchen. Perfect location for Dinard, though it’s a small town."

"The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and I had back and neck pain; there was an extra 20 euro charge just to leave an extra duvet, pillows and a bed sheet for the sofa bed which does not seem reasonable to me. There was not enough toilet roll for a four-day stay, we had to buy some which we left at the apartment. There is a lot of noise at night, you can hear everything upstairs and there is a lot of hanging from the building and street at night and in the day."

"Idéalement bien placé. A deux pas de la plage, du marché, des commerces de la ville, du cinéma... Très lumineux, agréable, très bien équipé en cuisine. Appartement ancien, avec parquet au sol et joliment modernisé. Communication fluide et réactive avec Irène, la gestionnaire."

"Posizione ottima vicinissima al centro, al mercato e alla spiaggia. Appartamento spazioso e luminosissimo. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole soggiornare a Dinard e farsi qualche gita nei dintorni."

"Le indicazioni avute dopo il check in online per recuperare le chiavi d'ingresso non ci sono state fornite. Per questo abbiamo perso parecchio tempo."

"It was amazing! We booked the apartment just before arrival and in 30 min we managed to get in the appartment. The host is very nice and ready to help. The house is super clean, modern. We had 3 lovely bedrooms and more then enough place for 3 of us. Kitchen is fully equipped even more then needed. Windows face the Main Street with lovely houses. The appartment is well situated for trips through neighbour old towns. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we’ll be glad to come back"

"A cosy, recently renovated & well equipped apartment. A washing machine was a big plus. Maybe the town doesn’t have much to offer, but it’s very well located between all the attractions in the area."

"This is an exceptionally well-equipped, self-contained kitchen, bedroom, shower, and toilet adjacent to the main house. Secure parking within the gated/walled vast garden. The hosts and their family are delightful, interesting, and warmly welcoming - a lovely family. Gluten-free food allergies were catered for without hesitation - thank you. Franglais spoken! We would return without hesitation. Precise Location: Presumably for security reasons, the published Lat/Long is incorrect. The property is 240 metres to the EAST of the stated postion."

"On s'y sent comme chez soit. Rien ne manque. Aucun problème pour se garer dans les rues adjacentes. Très jolie vue, sans vrai vis à vis. Maison très calme même si le centre bourg juste derrière. Des animations régulières le soir et s'il y a des concerts/soirées musicales cela cesse à 23h. Très bons contacts avec les propriétaires. Une jolie découverte dans le sud Vendée."
