"Location is wonderful, the street is quiet, we slept wonderfully. The apartment is freshly renovated and is modern. It is equipped with utensils and we lacked nothing. Separating toilet from the shower was brilliant though both spaces are small. Breakfast was rather good- we had enough of everything every morning."

"The unit is spacious, looks exactly like in the photos, has high ceiling & good natural lights, very comfortable. Location is great. Good facilities inside the unit like kitchen, washing machine etc. Like the walk-in wardrobe."

"The badly creaky floor in the living room - going to the bathroom at night can feel really noisy when everything is quiet. Lack of full-length mirror in the living room. No mirror in the bedroom to act as a dressing table mirror for the ladies to get ready & put make up. No big hooks for jacket - ideally in the living room, on the wall or behind the door."

"The hotel’s location is excellent in the Opera area, close to services and the metro station. There is also a Carrefour next to the hotel, as well as small restaurants and cafés. The interior of the building is somewhat old, but the apartment was very spacious and very clean, and it was nicer than the photos — we really liked it. Communication with the staff was through WhatsApp, and entry to the hotel is via a barcode. We were given a free room-cleaning service once, which we appreciate, and they also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. and before my arrival and during my booking, I needed some inquiries and information, and they responded to us very quickly. Many thanks to them."

"Fantastic little loft apartment in the eaves of the building. As 3 adults it suited us very well for a couple of nights with the kitchen being well equipped for the space. Location is ideal and the check in/out system is managed very well."

"The lighting is the stairwell could be brighter. It would be good to have seen pictures of the kitchen and bathroom. As it happens they were absolutely fine but would have been good to see what the kitchen looked like in advance."
