"I was really pleased to have found this place: the facilities are simple but clean and comfortable, the breakfast and parking both a bonus and the Résidence is really near the RER, so it's a fairly quick journey into central Paris. I hope to stay again!"

"Nothing, it suited our needs perfectly, it's not easy to find accommodation like this in Paris. The only thing that would be good would be an extra door key to make logistics easier, but I probably could have asked for one at reception, I just didn't think of it!"

"Breakfast is provided, but lunch and dinner cost 11 euros each. It's a great opportunity to meet locals, particularly students. The stay offered great value for money. Our room accommodated four beds with an attached shower and toilet. Despite the hourly church bells during mass, we slept soundly. Lastly, our room was cleaned daily."

"The location is distant from tourist spots, so expect regular commutes. Yet, it's cost-effective for my family of four as we can share rides via Uber, Freenow, Bolt, or taxis."
