"Friendly host, greeting in person. Pet friendly without an extra charge. Free public parking around the place. After a long drive, there were nice options for an evening stroll through the town with a few green sites (dog friendly surrounding)."
"Reactive communication providing the address and code. which worked out well in the end. Mattress for my taste was too soft, great size for a single occupancy. For two people, it might be very cozy."
"Loved the location, atmosphere, the property ticked every box for what we asked for."
"The room needed a fan as it was hot, but we were visiting in the middle of a heatwave. We were given the wifi password, but when we used booking.com language translate button, it changed the password too, we had to do some investigating and guess work to connect."

"The Arnem is a nice big 2 bedroom apartment with quite large rooms. It has two big modern shower rooms (though only one toilet, separate to the shower rooms). The decor is very pleasant and stylish, and the beds and furnishings are comfortable. The kitchen is a practical size and very modern. Access to this ground floor apartment from the street is excellent. It has good security. The location was ideal for us being about halfway between the historic old town centre and Gare de Rennes - easy walking distance to both."

"Great location, great layout and perfect for family of 4 for a short break."
"The apartment was perfect, clean, well equipped and comfortable. It had been thoughtfully decorated to a high standard. We loved the fact that the property was once a discotheque and thought the remaining features added to the charm! The hosts were lovely, friendly, helpful and discreet."
