"The instructions, sent me in advance, by the owner were clear and understandable. Also there were tea bags and coffee capsules and some species, and pasta. It was very nice!"
"There was no water in the fridge, how it was said in the message, sent by the owner and the WI-FI needs to be reloaded all the time."
"Great location, nice safe neighborhood with loads of amenities around, just a short walk to the points of interest. Quiet studio. Comfortable bed."

"Villefranche & Nice, as I'm sure you know, are lovely places and near to other lovely places. The apt was very clean, Sandrine was lovely, easy access, balcony was nice, facing the sun tho couldn't see the Med, bed was comfy, tho' might be too soft for some, bottle of wine to greet, very quiet, nice vibe. Brilliant rain shower. Free secure parking a big plus. 3 seater sofa was nice for lying down reading."
"It was very clean and comfortable and close to everything"
"Jean Marc is a wonderful host, we loved the house he renovated and especially the pool which was for our exclusive use."

"The authenticity of the place, excellent decoration and finished. Kitted for a short stay with everything you need. Superb host, providing great information on things to do in the area, and adding thoughtful touches like the home made jams, coffee, milk and butter to start your day off."

"The apartment was flexible and easy to get to and a big plus was that it had parking. The city center of Annecy is about 20 minutes walk and it is also close to the lake shore. Shops, cafes are a few minutes walk away."
"Clean and comfy flat, everything was alright. The location is a bit out of the center, but transport is still easily accessible. Great for people/couples focusing on discovering the area."
