"Gerard, the host was very kind and drove me the first night to see Antibe from the church on the hill and recommended me a restaurant! He even let me do laundry, since he knows a need to work in Cannes festival and continue to act in a movie in Macedonia. Very personal host, helpful and kind. He also was thinking with me and for me to find a solution when no Uber/Bolt taxi's were available, while he was busy himself cleaning the house for the next clients! This is human kindness beyond a business mindset."

"Very clean and comfortable with a good bathroom and tea/coffee facilities a fridge and microwave. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Easy walk to beach and Vallauris which is very nice with bars cafes and marina."

"Gerard was a great host. Its a private house . Its absolutely good enough for a night. Its not a new house but you have privacy in your toom and good bathroom. We had really good sleep. Gerard is friendly , helpful and open to your needs . If you need higher standarts you will pay in this area more than 100eur per night."

"Really nice location with gated access. A short walk from the nearest beach and the marina where there is a good choice of places to eat. A nice bakery 2 mins walk away for breakfast. Gérard is a great host too 👍"

"Ochotný pan majitel, který se zajímá o hosty, dobře zná svoje město a rád poradí. Pokud hledáte 100% oddělené ubytování, tak berte na vědomí, že se jedná o rodinný domek se společným vchodem a chodbou k pokoji. Pro někoho to může znamenat pocit menšího soukromí, ale majitel nás nijak nerušil a chodba k pokoji, byla oddělena závěsem."

"Gerard è una persona eccezionale con un cuore immenso, siamo stati accolti in casa sua mentre ci stava preparando delle crêpes,ci ha fatto sentire sin da subito come se fossimo a casa nostra. Durante il periodo trascorso lì , per qualsiasi problema o consiglio lui è stato super disponibile e pronto ad aiutarci. Il nostro soggiorno è stato impeccabile, sicuramente se state cercando un posto tranquillo e confortevole è proprio ciò che fa al caso vostro. Grazie Gerard ci hai fatto sentire a casa."

"Lovely house with lots of space and everything you could need for a holiday stay. Great driveway with space to turn the car so you can pull in forwards and back onto the road forwards too! Instructions to get into the house couldn’t have been clearer, lovely property inside with fans in every room. Perfectly positioned for the bus into Disney/connecting Paris trains (just out to the right on the other side of the road) Beautiful patisserie at the bottom of the hill also."

"L’accueil de Marie a été exceptionnel. La prestation est véritablement haut de gamme. La maison est parfaitement équipée, les lits sont d’un confort remarquable, et chaque détail a été pensé pour offrir un séjour inoubliable. Le jacuzzi, le hammam, la piscine, ainsi que les équipements de la cuisine contribuent à une expérience de détente totale, dans un cadre paisible et raffiné. "The apartment is furnished in a great style, just as seen in the pictures, and was well equipped, too. Everything was clean and organised, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was amazing with two sinks and plenty of space to put products onto. Getting in contact with the owners for more information was easy. Finding the location itself and retrieving the key from the small safe is straightforward. All in all a good choice, I would like to stay here again if I visited Nice since it is close to the airport, there is possibility to park on the street with public transport relatively nearby to access the city center easily."

"Very clean studio apartment really friendly lovely host who met me at the property gave me the keys showed me around and was very friendly and helpful. Big bonus was a garage as I had arrived on my motorbike and it’s lovely to be able to secure that away rather than have it out on the street so that was great."

"Very good location 10 mins to Place Carnot and 18 mins to Pont Vieux on foot. Exceptional communication from host who kindly let me check in early. Rate included breakfast from Boulangerie-Patisserie-Le Delice Des Capucins owned by the hosts mother. Pastries and croissants that tasted so good. Apartment ground floor on a fairly busy road but once inside you could not hear it. Very comfortable bed. Good size bathroom and separate toilet. Basic kitchen but all you would need for a stay. Recommended"
