"Location is exceptional, just 5 min walk from Liberty Square. Nice Cafe just on the corner, in 20 meters. Extreme friendly host."

"Low ground floor (you can hear all the streetwalkers), looks like the furniture and electric devices are from 2000s. The dedicated double bed was uncomfortable, so we decided to use sofa."

"Wonderful and helpful host. Apartment is very close to the old city / metro station ( Liberty) , super market is 30 m from the apartment. Nice Georgian restaurant down the street, even dental clinic 10 m from the places. It is possible to park for free a car in front of the apartment. Apartment is very big - big advantage with kids."

"The Apartment is a good locality right opposite the Government House with super markets, high end (tourist) restaurants, Hosts are great and were always helpful. Victor speaks English fluently and did tour of the neighborhood making us comfortable as it was our first trip to Tblisi."

"Отличная квартирка старого плана (старая мебель, кухонный гарнитур, сантехника, душевая), но все есть, находится прямо в центре. Справа кафе домашней кухни (берите выпечку, остальное оверпрайс), слева вниз по улице обменник, булочные и тд"

"Very spacious, authentic, overseeing orchards and situated close to stunning Vardzia. Great food. They do their own great cheese. And a cake with caramel and hazelnuts that was delicious. The entire family that owns mtkvari made us feel very welcome."

"Great location (10 min walk from the beach) and facilities - the house has a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and it looks exactly like on the pictures. There’s a washing machine that can be used for free, coffee machine, oven, microwave, free beach umbrellas. The owners Lyuba and Grigory were very friendly and helpful, we booked 2 additional nights at the place and didn’t regret it."

"He is friendly and flexible. Location is fantastic it is near the mall and beach.it has very nice view. Three bedroom with double beds and this apartment is suitable for 10 people. The beds were very comfortable and there were a lot of dishes and the stove was good and the Landlord was kind so we got to stay there until 17:00 because we had tickets to Tbilisi, and he understood our situation."

"Квартира в доме у метро Авлабари. Просторно, тепло, чисто и удобно. Парковка во внутреннем дворе, перекрывается шлагбаумом. Хозяйка Мари очень обаятельный человек, всегда на связи и готова помочь. Большой балкон выходит на площадь с видом на старый город. Рядом много магазинов и пунктов обмен валют. Прям в этом доме. Были семьёй из трёх человек и при случае вернемся сюда."
