"Location is a bit out of the way, it makes it quiet. You are right beside the sea wall but at the moment it is "raw". I was told they were talking to the powers that be to allow some development to allow a better experience."
"Still some construction that made for a few water and power outages."
"What I liked the most was their capacity of resolution to my immediate needs at first they resolved my transportation then I travelled with husband which was a last minute thing and they were accomodating kind generous all the characteristics of a well managed property, the room speaks for itself just as seen in the pictures they are 100% real totally recommending this property to all friends and family."

"★★★★★ The Perfect Stay—Do Not Hesitate to Book! We were completely blown away by this hotel. It exceeded our expectations in every way and offers unbeatable value for the price. This is easily the best hotel and Indian vegetarian restaurant on the West Coast of Guyana. Here are the highlights: The Property: Brand new, spotlessly clean, and very modern. It feels fresh and luxurious. The View: A perfect, clear view of the Atlantic Ocean. The constant, gorgeous sea breeze is something you can't put a price on. The Food: Simply phenomenal. The chefs are masters, and the food was delicious at every meal. A must-try for anyone in the area, even if you aren't staying at the hotel. The Ambiance: Located in a quiet, peaceful village. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing and restorative trip. The Staff: Everyone was so courteous and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. This place is a true 10/10. We will absolutely be back."
