"Detailed and clear check-in instructions. The location is in the Kowloon district of Hong Kong, there are several malls around the area but the buildings look shabby"

"Room/s were as you see in the photo. Very spacious, comfy, clean! There weren't much to cook with but plates, cups, and utensils are available to borrow when you do take outs. The station is also literally just right outside the building so very convenient! Wifi is also available. Instructions were also clear. Host was very much active. Within the building's vicinity, there are already much places to explore, food to eat."
"The elevator servicing the building is quite slow and can get busy in some hours. The station is literally right outside the building but does not have a lift/elevator which was cumbersome for us as we had a baby stroller. If you needed entertainment while inside the apartment, there is not much to see on the TV. Youtube and Netflix box was not working while we were there."

"This has been probably the worst room we have ever stayed at in our over 200 cities visited. That being said, it was great. We knew exactly what to expect and we felt it was part of the experience. The room is old, with worn out walls, and very very small. The bed and table were probably made to measure due to lack of space. You will have little to none space for your luggage, and the toilet is even smaller (the water had a wonderful pressure tho, kudos). The staff were the most wonderful, funniest and polite people we met in HK. As we said, this is the product, the price is fair, and as long as you know what you are booking, you might have a wonderful experience as we did."
