"Spent some wonderful days here! Especially Yessin, the host is really nice and helpful! There’s a shared kitchen, a terrace, where you can meet other guests and also a living room. Beds are comfy. Would recommend it for backpackers, who want to explore Tatouine and the area around. Yessine can you provide recommendations for both and even organise a tour."

Dorms are by the main road and very noisy with traffic so hard to sleep. Creaky floorboards also.

Not easy to access by bike

"Kelly and his family are amazing hosts. We feel in family! :-) Kelly is so helpful and talkative, always able to give suggestions and help finding activities to do, contacts, etc. His son, Junior, went with us to many places and activities and we fell him like a younger brother! :-) All the family made us feel welcome and at "home far from home". Installations are simple, but in a nice location, in the countryside, quite and friendly place, not far from Goroka center/easy bus connections but we have everything we needed, even to cook our meals. If you want a simple and family place to stay, with someone who will help you around, this is the place! If once I go back PNG and Goroka, I'll stay here again! :-) Thanks Kelly, Junior and family! Hope to see you again!"

It's normal to have light and water cuts. But it's common in the region/general problem and not from the place.

"Keďže som si vybrala na dovolenku november, v Schaane a Vaduze nebolo veľa turistov. Veľmi pozitívne hodnotím, že hoci som mala zdieľanú izbu, mala som ju celú pre seba. Personál bol veľmi milý a nápomocný. Zariadenie bolo čisté. Veľmi sa mi páčili spoločenské priestory, možnosť zahrať si spoločenské hry, interiér aj exteriér hostela bol veľmi upokojujúci. Určite odporúčam :))"

- would have been great if there were a kettle for guests' use. Needed some hot water to soothe my stomach and had to ask the staff to boil a cup for me.
