"The hotel is excellent in terms of location, cleanliness, internet, and proximity to Al-Raqqa Metro Station, Al-Ghurair Shopping Center, and various restaurants and shops. The reception staff were also very friendly and kind."

Some employees, in my opinion, have not been properly trained to charge all items such as water, tea, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, etc. when cleaning the room. I think this is a weakness that can be easily solved.

Hotel is huge, staff are struggling to deal with the people when is crowded , service is not high standard , half board they charge for drinks, for water 5 Dinar,inside spa is very expensive overall this hotel is good for low prices

Lovely property but needs a little refurbishing. More for the Island’s government to consider: The Island could have better (and cleaner) walking paths between all the resorts, beaches and the Village.

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. "I had a great stay at Tulip Hotel. Room 105 was cozy, clean, spacious, and bright. The bed was large and very comfortable, the room was very clean and nice , and everything felt well maintained. I also really liked the stylish and cozy bar area. The interior design is beautiful and thoughtfully done. You can clearly see the creative ideas behind the concept, all focused on making guests feel comfortable. The team work of the staff is impressive. Service is smooth and professional. The food is delicious, breakfasts and lunch were excellent. The spa area is another highlight, especially the hammam and the pool with refreshing ice cold water.Wonderful! Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming hotel that fully deserves a high rating. I would definitely stay here again."

The only downside is the soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in the hallway, especially when guests check in or out or use the shower nearby. The room 105 could benefit from better noise insulation.

Clean and tidy and a great swimming pool , great food and cold beer.

"Hotel sa nachádza v okrajovej časti Pekingu - hneď vedľa stanice metra. Moderný hotel dobre zariadený. Personál v pohode, ubytovanie prebehlo rýchlo a bezproblémovo. Izba dostatočne veľká a zariadená. Možno by stálo za zváženie dať na izbu chladničku. Upratovanie denne. Raňajky úplne v pohode - teplý aj studený bufet, výber z miestnych aj medzinárodných jediel. V okolí hotela viacero reštaurácií, barov,..."

Dvere do kúpelne sa nedali dobre zavrieť. Neustále sa otvárali. Najväčším problémom pre mňa bol zápach na izbe ako po fajčení. Pripadalo mi to, že izbu spravia fajčiarskou alebo nefajčiarskou podľa potreby... Človek si po čase zvykne, ale nebolo to príjemné.

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

"Hotel má dobrú polohu, blízko je stanica metra, mali sme požičané auto a bez problémov nám ho za malý poplatok vždy zaparkovali v susednej podzemnej garáži. Blízko je dobre vybavený supermarket a reštaurácie. Celkovo na káhirské pomery je to lepšia štvrť kde sú banky a obchody. Raňajky v hoteli boli výborné, široká ponuka. Personál bol tiež veľmi príjemný a nápomocný. Izby boli fajn, ale už vidno staršie vybavenie."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.
