The showers in the bathrooms have zero water pressure, it was just a trickle of water unfortunately.

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

Given that there are no other places close to the hotel where you can buy food , the hotel restaurant should have more choices of food.

Le seul petit bémol, pour le petit déjeuner  nous aurions préféré des jus de fruit corrects plutôt que chimiques proche du soda.

Outside walls completely built in glass are not best thermal insulator that's why during winter is a bit chill during the night

Hotel bol blízko cesty bolo počuť hluk z cesty. V hotelovej reštaurácií bola veľmi silná klíma, počas raňajok sme si brali mikinu na prehodenie.

Sme radi ze tam bola, inak by bolo hodnotenie hotela horsie, kedze tam nebol nikto nápomocny okrem nej. Hotel mal skvelu polohu, saunu do 22:00 v cene a perfektne ranajky plus kava caj a ovocie boli k dispozicio cely den aj mimo ranajok!"
