The bathroom could use an upgrade, as it feels a bit outdated compared to the rest of the room. Aside from that, everything was comfortable and worked well for our stay.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

"I had a great stay at Tulip Hotel. Room 105 was cozy, clean, spacious, and bright. The bed was large and very comfortable, the room was very clean and nice , and everything felt well maintained. I also really liked the stylish and cozy bar area. The interior design is beautiful and thoughtfully done. You can clearly see the creative ideas behind the concept, all focused on making guests feel comfortable. The team work of the staff is impressive. Service is smooth and professional. The food is delicious, breakfasts and lunch were excellent. The spa area is another highlight, especially the hammam and the pool with refreshing ice cold water.Wonderful! Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming hotel that fully deserves a high rating. I would definitely stay here again."

The only downside is the soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in the hallway, especially when guests check in or out or use the shower nearby. The room 105 could benefit from better noise insulation.

"S hotelom sme boli maximálne spokojní. Je na krásnom mieste, blízko autobusová zastávka, odkiaľ sa dostanete všade. Izba priestranná, čistá a postele pohodlné. Personál veľmi milý. Ďakujeme za skvelý Silvestrovský pobyt, určite sa vrátime."

Jedlo za nás málo slané a málo dochutené. Ale neuberám body, pretože manžel je šéfkuchár a sme nároční, čo sa týka stravy. Inak nemôžem vytknúť nič. Všetko bolo skvelé.

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

"The location and the Taj standards that has been maintained inspite of it being a old property makes you feel nice and comfortable! The hospitality shown by their staff was a class above!!"

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

"Hotel má dobrú polohu, blízko je stanica metra, mali sme požičané auto a bez problémov nám ho za malý poplatok vždy zaparkovali v susednej podzemnej garáži. Blízko je dobre vybavený supermarket a reštaurácie. Celkovo na káhirské pomery je to lepšia štvrť kde sú banky a obchody. Raňajky v hoteli boli výborné, široká ponuka. Personál bol tiež veľmi príjemný a nápomocný. Izby boli fajn, ale už vidno staršie vybavenie."

"The hotel is great, perfected located that we could be slightly out of the centre but walkable back and forth. The room was ideal, plenty of space and everything we needed."

I couldn't fault anything really, there was no milk in the room to have with the tea but having been to Amsterdam a few times I know this isn't really a thing for them.
