"Perhaps the bathroom could offer a greater variety of personal care products, not just a universal body and hair wash—especially considering this is a 4-star hotel, and it's unrealistic to expect guests to bring things like hair conditioner for just one night. Also, if you're already providing a kettle in the room, it would be nice to include regular black coffee, not just cheap 3-in-1 options. It unnecessarily detracts from the otherwise excellent impression of the hotel."

"The bathroom was a little disappointing compared to the quality and size of the bedroom/ suite. It is somewhat small and dated, with an old fashioned shower mixer, and awkward shower doors, with the toilet squeezed into a narrow space."
