"The accommodation met all our expectations. The host is incredibly kind and welcoming - you get such a warm feeling upon arrival, as if you've found a second home in Split. Thank you for the welcome drink and gifts! The apartment was spotlessly clean with all necessary appliances.. We especially appreciated the beach towels and washing machine, which came in handy after our daily beach visits. We parked our car following the provided instructions without any issues. We walked to the beaches to soak up the Split atmosphere. Everything you need is nearby - grocery stores, four restaurants, and both the sandy Bačvice beach and the beautiful pebble Trstenik beach are within walking distance. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Split! :)"

"Lovely little apartment, about 25 min walk from the old town and all main attractions but with very good communications with several bus lines. The host was very friendly and welcomed us with cold beverages, everything was to our satisfaction!"
"If I would change anything, I would put a small bedside lamp in the room since the lamp in the ceiling has a very harsh and cold light. Also, the wifi that was listed on a piece of paper in the room did not exist."
"Zdenka ist eine ganz wunderbare Gastgeberin, die stets hilft. Das ist das Beste an diesem Appartment. Man kann super in 20 Min am Strand sein, am Uni Campus, in der Shopping Mall und in 30 min in der Altstadt- zu Fuß."

"Surclassé par la propriétaire car les appartements étaient vacants, superbe proximité avec le centre de Split, a 30min à pied ou 5 minutes en bus ( station de bus à deux minutes à pied ), logement calme et parfaitement équipée pour y rester plusieurs jours, il dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. "Super miejsce. Split jest ogromny, ulica ogromna, a jednak dzięki drzewom, spokojnemu otoczeniu można poczuć relaks. Wspaniali gospodarze, mili i pracowici ludzie. Cudowne było na dzień dobry zimny sok i piwo w lodówce - mały gest, a po cały dniu jazdy - wielka gościnność. Pokój z częścią kuchenną dobrze wyposażony, każdy z małym tarasem, świetnie zagospodarowany i wykorzystane możliwości - przy bardzo małej działce każdy ma ogródek i drzewka cytrusowe Bardzo blisko do plaży, do centrum też łatwo dojść piechotą. W korytarzyku foldery i plany miasta dla gości."

"Ubytovanie bolo čisté, dobre vybavené, pohodlný matrac, krásny výhľad z balkóna na more, minútu od ubytovania sa nachádza menšia kamienková pláž, krásna promenáda pred domom, ktorou sa príjemnou prechádzkou s krásnymi výhľadmi na more za cca 25 minút dostanete do historického centra Zadaru, pozdĺž promenády je viacero možností zísť priamo k moru a mať svoj “súkromný” vstup do vody. Hostiteľ apartmánu bol veľmi milý a ochotný pomôcť. Ďakujeme pekne"

I travel with a non-stick pan because most are unusable in rentals. Not here. Perfect condition as well as great utensils.
