The bedroom and bathroom are huge—honestly, it’s one of the most spacious bathrooms I’ve ever seen, and the hydromassage tub was a fantastic bonus! It would be perfect for families . "We wanted to try the glass igloos. Great experience because you can see the lake, even if it's covered in snow. There's a Zoo and Activity Park nearby, so we had plenty to do both days."

The main disadvantage of this accommodation is that you do not have a bathroom, only the toilet is shared, where there is a sink. The organic toilet in the igloo, I did not understand how an adult is supposed to fit in there. The breakfast has a very basic menu. I was also sorry that before ten o'clock they really warned us in the restaurant that it closes at ten, although of course I understand that.

"Great location. Room has a nice view of the city. Easy self check-in process which they explain via videos they send on whatsapp. Communication with the staff via whatsapp was also easy and fast."

Rugged floors looked not too clean, there were a few hairs on the bed (which I don't care too much but could be an issue for some others)

"The staff especially the young girl at the counter were very helpful. She helped us a lot in planning our itinerary, which metros to take, and good places to eat . The location was good but slightly far from Taipei Main station. Even snacks were kept for the guests which were not seen in any other hotel. Overall we had a pleasant stay."

House keeping could be better. In 6 days stay we got only one cleaning, so we lived with full bins of trash, ashtrays etc all the time. The bbq zone was pretty much occupied with the events, wich ruined our plans to grill the time we wanted.

Weddings on weekends. If you prefer peace and quiet, make sure you don’t book over the weekend.
