"Nice, mostly quiet room, comfortable mattress. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was genuinely exceptional. Such skill and creativity were almost bewildering to find at a hotel buffet. Facilities were useful and convenient. Business center open 24 hours, though quite small."

Business center only had 2 PCs, and required some adjustment as: 1. guests connect their own devices and neglect to replace everything when done; 2. Everything is in Korean 3. Software is out of date (including security patches)."
