The camping site Baiļi is located 2 km away from the town of Valmiera. It offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a sauna. Valmiera Train Station is about 4 km away. Baiļi offers wooden bungalows designed in the local style as well as rooms in the main building. Each room is non-smoking and comes with a TV and a bathroom. There is a café with a fireplace in the main stone building, where guests can have breakfast or enjoy snacks and drinks. Barbecue facilities are available on site. There is a ski slope located 30 metres from the Baiļi where guests can ski and snowboard. Winter sports equipment can be hired from the camping staff and skiing lessons are also offered. In the summer Baiļi organises canoeing trips on the rivers Gauja and Salaca. Gauja National Park, the largest one in Latvia, is about 9 km away.

"Great nature, great deal, everything is very basic but it works. The host was very friendly. We got a great deal for a sauna service too. We stayed in two rooms in the tower. The showers were nice, jointly used toiled was not a problem since it served only 3 rooms. The fridge was there. We had great walks in the nature at summer."

"Atrašanās vieta, apkārtne - super, ļoti skaista, netālu mežs un upe. Gaiša, maza un sakopta istabiņa, kurā bija duškabīne. Gultas bija ērtas un izgulējāmies labi. Pati ēka atgādināja mini pili. Apakšā bija kafejnīca. No Valmieras centra ar kājām gājām aptuveni pusstundu."
"Koplietošanas tualete, krāna ūdenim bija maza smaciņa. Televizors stāvēja uz statīva, kas likās nedrošs. Pēdējā dienā pirms došanās prom ārā rupji lamājās kāds pārdzēries, puspliks indivīds un netālu bija mazi bērni. Tas, protams, nav atkarīgs no naktsmītnes, bet šādi personāži spēj sabojāt prieku, tādēļ aicinātu šādus cilvēkus ievietot "melnajā sarakstā" un neielaist naktsmītnē atkārtoti."

"A proper modern european apartment to spend one or few nights. Extremely well equipped and clean. Contactless key collection, washing machine and iron, hair dryer, etc. We even found some tea. Very nice indeed."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
