Located in Marrakech, Riad Swaka is just a 10-minute walk from Jemaâ El Fna Square and the souks. It offers a patio, a plunge pool, and a rooftop terrace. It is 200 metres from Dar Si Said Museum. All of the rooms at Riad Swaka are uniquely decorated and have a view of the patio. Each room features air conditioning, a desk and a seating area. Each room also includes a private bathroom with tadelakt walls, a hairdryer and bathrobe. A Moroccan breakfast is included and served every morning in the dining room. The hosts can also prepare traditional, Moroccan dishes for dinner, upon prior reservation and it is sometimes served on the terrace which overlooks the Palais Bahia gardens. "The staff were amazing, especially Younis who did so much to welcome us and spoil us throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just inside the medina but well away from the hustle and bustle. There is a rooftop lounge area that was great , and staff will make drinks and food for you if you want it. We find it hard to fault this place, and would definitely recommend it. The only thing is the picture or the pool is somewhat enhanced, it's actually a plunge pool about 2m x 2.5m but we wouldn't have used it anyhow. Just worth knowing if you are expecting a swim."

"The property was very lovely and had a very authentic feel as a riad. It was clean and well kept and the team were amazing! We were able to have breakfast on the roof in the mornings which was great. Abdul and the team made sure we were very comfortable during our stay and were always on hand to help with any requests or questions! Location was also very good as it was a short walk to the main square with loads of souk style streets around."

"What a lovely place to stay. Easy bus ride (#19) from the airport and then just a few minutes walk to the Riad. Using Maps on our phone helped tremendously as the maze of passages in old Marrakech can be confusing at first (so make sure you have a Travel eSIM or something). When we arrived it was like an oasis of calm in the wonderful busyness of the city. Abdul and Samir our day-to-day hosts were lovely and really helpful. Even in (early) December we had breakfast on the rooftop terrace each morning. Our room was pleasantly sized and the ensuite bathroom had a good shower. Comfortable bed! The accommodation is about 15 minutes walk through narrow streets to the main square. We arranged a trip to the Atlas Mountains ourselves, but Samir would have linked us to a travel agency if we'd needed that. Would we stay again? Yes. Would we recommend it? Absolutely!"
