"Good location. Not far fro shops, cheap local dinig and duty-frees. Near the road so a bit loud sometimes but it's ok. Great comfortable beds. Quite large rooms as for Langkawi"

Staff. The staff should ask before entering the guest's room. A lot of miscommunication: you have to chat via Whatsapp with a person listed on booking and with a generic manager and with another manager. Too complicated.

"Hotel bol útulný a čistý. V izbe bola kanvica chladnička televízor a hlavne súkromná kúpelňa. Za tú cenu je to slušné. Jediné čo mi chýbalo bol príbor a aspoň 2 taniere pretože hotel nemá kuchyňu. Hneď oproti je obchod a trh kde kúpite aj čo nechcete.. Bonus je že hneď oproti sa nachádza autobusová zastávka ktorá Vás dovedie priamo k štátnemu cirkusu."

The plumbing on one evening. The room air-conditioning was difficult to understand and to regulate.

"Was slightly more expensive for the location considering it was a bit further out from the main areas, but the hotel was very clean and nice and the room was lovely and new! Received my access code/access to the property and my room earlier than the check in which was very helpful!"

No lift which was difficult with a suitcase - several staircases to access the property and the room

Nothing negative , A blackout blind ( curtains are thin) for room 1 bedroom will make it a better sleep for all.
