"Extremne prijemny personal, vsetko dokonale ciste. Citite sa tu vitani a ziadani. Ranajky velmi kvalitne, vsetko podla poziadaviek. GM Mr. Moul robi toto miesto dokonalym. Urcite sa vratime, lebo sa tu vsetko robi nad ramec moznosti :) podobny pristup s om zazil len 5* hoteloch v Dubaji."

"Exceptionally pleasant historic building which had been converted into a comfortable and tasteful hotel. Feeling of luxury and calm as soon as you enter- which is important as the streets outside are constantly busy with tourists. Rooms very comfortable with high standard of service. We were upgraded to a suite which was delightful. Breakfasts fine. Reception staff excellent. We had a lovely welcome and the manager later approached us to offer help on visiting the city and surroundings."

"Only issue for us was hardness of mattress on bed- which we often experience in hotels. Minor issue too is fact that taxis cannot park outside so you have to lug cases to meeting point."

"Visit in January and there was good room heating. Free wifi. Great location! Comfy bed and lovely hot walk-in shower. Good English breakfast. Hotel is in a pedestrian area. Bus station 200m walk on the level - buses to the airport and everywhere else on the island. All the main Valetta attractions are within walking distance. We wanted traditional food and found lots of cute restaurants. Try the hotel for dinner. Loads of coffee and cakes. Even more bars!"

"I had difficulty getting the underfloor heating to work in the bathroom."

"The property is centrally located to visit Valletta. It’s also close to the bus station, so convenient for exploring the island on the local busses. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and very pretty, with a lovely atrium which had a retractable roof for when the weather is good. All in all a fabulous hotel for a stay in Valletta."

"Great central position in Valletta on the Republic. Well appointed rooms, sound insulated windows, great breakfast and wonderful friendly staff."

"The beds are quite hard and we found them uncomfortable even after the helpful staff added a topper. We could hear some noise from neighbouring room although only slight."
