"Jeden deň sme mali švaba na izbe v kúpeľni ale hneď nám dali inú izbu nečakali sme ani 5 minut"

"Som spokojná s výberom hotela.Na Malte sme boli teraz prvýkrát,tak to nemôžem porovnať s inými hotelmi tu na Malte. Primera hotel nie je 5*hotel...no my sme boli spokojní.Mali sme izbu 406 a bočný vyhľad na more.Personál bol milý.Izba pekná a útulná.Uteráky menené každý deň.Večery sú tu hlučnejšie,nakoľko hotel je pri námestí a je tu proste nočný život 😉 ale to nám vôbec nevadilo. Menšie nedostatky boli,ale nič takého,čo by nás odradilo sa sem opäť ubytavať. Určite sem ešte zavítame. Ďakujeme 🥰"

"Chýbal aspoň menší sušiak na prádlo. Sanita v kupeľni by potrebovala vymeniť. Tečúce wc. O plaž by sa okolité hotely mohli trochu starať."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, the cleaning was always done well, everything was clean, and the towels were changed. The location is also good, close to the promenade and bus stops."

"But on the hotel photos on Booking there was no picture of the room we were given. The window opened onto the inner part of the building. The description mentioned rooms with and without a balcony. There was no ventilation in the bathroom at all, so we had to keep the door open to the room in order for the air conditioner to at least dry out the air there."

"Toilet cleanliness wasn't great even from the start. Shower and surroundings could have done with a deep clean Balcony not swept or cleaned and no brush available for us to do it either"

"This is a well situated hotel in St Paul's Bay close to the sea and within easy reach of cafes and restaurants nearby. Check in was quick and easy with helpful advice from the receptionists. Rooms are fairly spacious with a medium screen TV, kettle, fridge they get cleaned daily unless you choose not to.the hotel has a nice rooftop sun deck with a small 1 metre depth pool on the 7th floor. Snacks and drinks are available from coin operated vending machines at reasonable prices they also sell snacks in reception but they can be a little costly all in all it's a good standard 3* for price surprisingly very comfy."

"The only thing I didn't like was that I went to pay for breakfast one morning The breakfast opens at 7.30am.I went down at 7.32am and breakfast was so cold."

"Staff were very very good. From the minute we arrived till we left. Very attentive and always welcoming. As it was our anniversary they had a bottle of champagne waiting in our room. Special thanks to Claire who was very helpful. Good central location. Very clean hotel."

"Staff from the hotel were very polite and kind. We were sent to eat our dinner in a restaurant opposite it. The food was nice , but there was not much variety of desserts, just different kinds of cakes. Staff in the restaurant were not especially friendly, just a waitress from Serbia, she was very nice with us."

"Location was ok, maybe not great if you travel with kids as the beaches were not very accessible and rocky, no sand beach."
