"Hotel si zaslúžili maximálne hodnotenie. Rád by som ho dal, pretože vybavenie, čistota bolo TOP. Krásna záhrada s bazénom a príjemným posedením. K dispozícii barely s pitnou vodou. Kúsok na ulicu s kvalitnými reštauráciami. Vyzdvihol by som extra prístup milého a ochotného personálu."

"Jediné mínus je, že za 5 nocí ktoré sme tu boli ubytovaní, sme sa ani jednu noc nevyspali. Hluk z ulíc je tak výrazný, že to nebolo možné. Partnerka dokázala spať iba so štuplami v ušiach. Ja ani tak nie. Hluk ešte zvýraznila techno párty z ulice v sobotu až do 02:00. Ani snaha personálu, skvelé vybavenie a služby toto nedokážu kompenzovať, keď z pobytu odchádzate unavený. Myslím, že by tomu pomohla výmena okien, aby bol hluk znížený. Skúste to. Hotel si to zaslúži! Aj tak ďakujeme za všetko!"

"Convenient location for the visit of the Maya ruins and only a short stroll away from the town centre. The intercity bus station is opposite the hotel. Free welcoming cocktails were a lovely gesture which we appreciated."

"The hotel is quite large, considering my experiences with others in Mexico. The pool is a real refreshment, and the cocktail voucher that I received as a guest through booking was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was an additional cost but worth the money. The staff speaks English."

"Beautiful hotel in Palenque! We loved the garden and the pool area—it’s a real oasis of calm. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Also the city centre of Palenque is on a close walking distance."

"Superb value. All the staff were really friendly at all times. The hotel was clean and spacious. My room was large and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had great water pressure. The TV had BBC and CNN and also Netflix to use if you have your own subscription. There were free drinking water stations. The pool was quite big and a perfect temperature and the pool area was delightful, surrounded by tall palms and lawns with tables and sun loungers. I ate breakfast in the restaurant each day and this was nice. The location is opposite the ADO bus station, at the start of the leafy La Canada area and is nicely shielded from road noise (try to get a room overlooking the pool area at the back of the hotel)."

"The only thing I did’t like was the loud music pumping out around the pool area. I was the only guest who used this area so I’m not sure why they thought it necessary. Maybe some people would like this."

"Good place to stay with kind and helpful staff. The room is comfortable, with a nice view of the pool from the balcony and very comfy beds. The bathroom is clean and well maintained. The pool is open from 8:00 AM, which is perfect for a morning swim or relaxing during the day. The location is excellent, right next to the ADO bus station, as well as coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities."
