"This was my second time staying at the Villa. The room was a good size and prime location, close to everything. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. On both occasions, I arrived earlier before check in time, and was able to check in early. The first time, I did self check in, the second time a staff member happened to be around and helped me check in, which was appreciated as my room wasn't ready but they were able to allocate me a different room."

"I loved the check in using the app. I was a bit reluctant as I was arriving @ 12pm and check in is from 15:00, so I kinda thought I won't be able to check in early since there's no reception ( human interaction)but I went to the App and it said, my room was ready and I can check in early free of charge. It was unexpected but appreciated so much. I took a physical key card from the machine at the entrance as I wasn't sure my phone could open the room door, but it did and didn't really use the key card. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, train station, harbour etc. The room was spacious and the bed very comfy."

"Checkout closes at 1100 exactly. This was not clear. After getting the car to load the luggage, I couldn't get back into the hotel / room to get my stuff. I think there needs to be a way to manage that with some margin of error."
"The room was clean and comfortable. Great location. While the building was not manned, the staff was quite responsive over booking/phone."
"This might be a personal preference thing, but I am not a fan of having to download yet another app to use as a digital key. Also only the phone number was required to access the booking. This does not seem secure. It was possible to get a normal key card once there, and the check in was quick and smooth all in all."

"The property has no staff and access to rooms is via app. Not ideal if you don’t use tech. Left luggage space did not feel secure, code for access was in the hallway and anyone could get in."
