"Superb location in the historical centre of Roros. Delicious buffet breakfast of hot and cold food , Fresh local produce. Our room was spotless and cosy with comfy beds and looked out into the traditional Roros style courtyard with scenic views. It was lovely to see Roros in the snow ."

"Absolutely top class. I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in the town of Roros. It is unique, never have. I stayed somewhere so historic but was the modern facilities. Definitely recommend this as a must place to visit. There was so much history and the historic buildings. Just wow factor the staff at the hotel also made the stay so memorable. It's one of those moments in time. You won't forget"

We ate in the restaurant from a fine menu and needless to say the meals were first class. Last but not least were the staff who could not have been more helpful. Superb"

"Rooms are located in authentic old wooden buildings in the historic centre of Roros. Very comfortable one-night stay, good breakfast. Easy access to railway station, mining museum and town walking tour."
"Experienced slight drama re storing our bags as we were there on a Sunday and office closed at 1pm. When we couldn't get luggage storage at the station, the hotel eventually offered us a solution."
